About
Taupō Parents Centre is a not-for-profit, community-led organisation supporting parents and caregivers from pregnancy through the early years of raising children. We exist to help families feel informed, confident, and connected during one of life’s biggest transitions - becoming and being a parent.
We offer antenatal education, our Baby & You programme for parents and young babies, and car seat installation support and safety checks. These services are designed to provide practical knowledge, reassurance, and connection at a time when parents are learning, adjusting, and often navigating new challenges.
At the heart of Taupō Parents Centre is community. Parenting can feel overwhelming at times, and having a place to ask questions, share experiences, and meet other local families can make a real difference. Our programmes create opportunities for parents to build relationships, grow in confidence, and develop skills that support both their wellbeing and their child’s development.
We are proud to be part of the Taupō community, working alongside families to support safe, confident beginnings for children and strong foundations for parenting.
